My tracks aren't playing in Prime

Try deleting the song and re-downloading it. Do this by tapping on "Add Songs", swipe left on the song that is giving you trouble and choose "Delete". Tap on it again to re-download it to your device. Take a look at the following video to see how to do this! https://youtu.be/biABr6kdykY
