How do I connect wirelessly in MIDI Mode?

To connect the Mini+ wirelessly:

Mac: Use Audio MIDI Setup. Open Bluetooth MIDI and establish connection. iPhone / iPad: In the Prime App, click Settings, MIDI and Bluetooth MIDI Devices. Your Mini+ will show as online and you can establish the connection.
